[This is the sales/info sheet for the Novacron amplifier. The Novacron, originally sold as the MA-1.5, was the first commercial US product to use the Russian 6C33. We still support the product with updates that were not available when production ceased in 1998.

The Novacron is functional art. Introduced in 1991, it is the first U.S. product to use the Russian 6C33C power triode. The 6C33C allows the Novacron to be compact with an elegant appearance. So not only was the amplifier on the cutting edge but we also proved that nobody can make a better looking amplifier then Atma-Sphere. The Novacron shares the same circuit features that have made our other amplifiers famous and we make the only amplifiers in the world with all of them. Balanced Differential DesignŽ allows the use of either balanced or single-ended inputs while insuring a straightforward, simple signal path with less in the way of the music.

Recent improvements have rendered Novacron circuitry even more stable, reliable and inherently musical; the correct balance between music and electronics. Designed for music, not sine waves, the Novacron tracks dynamic waveforms faster than any other amplifier in the world. It extracts more detail than ordinary amplifiers, presenting your music intact.
